Hi! The climate has at long last chilled and I am desiring some soup. As of late, I made this Chicken Soup formula and it is so filling and sound. This soup formula is fantastically simple to make in only one pot. You can have a healthy and solace supper prepared in pretty much 30 minutes. This soup has an aftertaste like chicken noodle soup with a blasted of new lemon enhance.

This Chicken Soup begins with setting up the new vegetables. For flavor, slash 1 expansive white onion, 4 carrots, 4 celery stalks, and 4 cloves of garlic. Saute the vegetables in a vast stock pot over medium warmth. Once the vegetables have mollified, include 1/2 pounds of diced chicken bosoms, bunches of chicken soup, and orzo pasta. Give the soup a chance to stew on the stove for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken and pasta are completely cooked. Include new lemon squeeze and hacked parsley for flavor

Serve Chicken Soup hot and with a bit of dry bread. I get a kick out of the chance to stop a portion of the soup so I can appreciate later on a chilly and blustery day.

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 4 medium carrots, chopped
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced (UNCOOKED)
  • 8 cups chicken broth (plus more if you prefer)
  • 1½ cups dry orzo pasta
  • 2 lemons, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
  1. In a large stock pot, add chopped onion, carrots, and celery along with 2 Tablespoons olive oil. Saute for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add diced chicken, broth, and dry pasta. Bring soup to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken and pasta is fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  4. Add in lemon juice and parsley. Serve hot.
